Ihre Aufgaben

En tant que Site Manager Softs Services chez ISS, tes responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Gestion et supervision des collaborateurs (équipe pouvant aller de 50 à 70 personnes),
  • Contrôles de la qualité Cleaning (DOC-GMP-GLP) et des autres activitiés Softs Services,
  • Organisation et dispatching du travail en fonction des plannings et des absences,
  • Préparation des pointages des équipes et encodage dans SAP,
  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les travaux quotidiens et ponctuels,
  • Feed-Back quotidien vers le contract Manager,
  • Etre le point de contact du client : réunions opérationnelles, rédaction des offres, gestion des demandes, traitement des plaintes, résolution des problèmes.
  • Gestion et responsabilité des stocks du matériel et des produits de nettoyage,
  • Gestion et suivi des formations UCB et GMP (Coaching et formation des ouvriers),
  • Responsable des budgets, facturation, suivi offre, KPI,
  • Accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs,

Il s’agit donc de gérer les équipes de nettoyage d’une manière professionnelle et efficace de façon à offrir un service irréprochable à notre client.

Nous recherchons une personne flexible au niveau des horaires (les équipes travaillent à partir de 6h du matin et en soirée)

Ihr Profil

Site Coordinator Softs Services :

  • a de l’expérience dans le secteur du cleaning et plus particulièrement dans le secteur pharmaceutique (DOC, GMP, GLP) et une expérience réussie dans une fonction managériale,
  • le client est sa priorité et il est dôté d’un esprit de solution,
  • est une personne sociable, à l’écoute et proche de ses équipes,
  • travaille en collaboration et en synergie avec les différents services de l’entrerprise,
  • prend des initiatives et est dynamique,
  • est une personne très à l’aise avec les chiffres et est capable de jongler avec les budgets,
  • le stress le motive et il réagit rapidement aux urgences,
  • a l’esprit commercial et est rigoureux,
  • est de très bonne présentation,
  • est un bon organisateur et sait poser ses priorités,
  • a une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques, notamment Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint,
  • parle parfaitement le français et il a une bonne connaissance en anglais.
