Description:

Our Omni-Channel Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating big projects and/or managing small projects in the scope of the company’s Omni-channel program such as Order Management and Product Management implementations across different brands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Omni-Channel Projects under the supervision of a Fulfillment and last mile Manager
• Support on project plans and task lists (KSA, KWT and International expansions)
• Communicate and report on the progress of activities on a weekly basis to all stakeholders
• Manage the project repository and keep project documents up to date

Job Requirements:

• Great understanding of omni-channel logistics operations
• Understand how inbound, outbound and last mile logistics operate
• Working experience with omni-channel operations optimisation
• Able to lead top-to-top risk mitigation discussions with key stakeholders – internal and external
