Wir suchen ab Anfang Dezember 2022 bis Mitte April 2023 eine Mitarbeiterin für Rezeption & Service für unser heimeliges, familiär geführtes, inmitten der herrlichen Arlberger Bergwelt gelegenes, 4* Hotel Antonius.

Sie haben Spaß an Ihrem Beruf und ein freundlicher, zuvorkommender Umgang mit den Gästen ist Ihnen sehr wichtig? Sie suchen einen Arbeitsplatz in einem der schönsten Orte Österreichs, bei familiären Gastgebern und einem motivierten, jungem Team?

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der Gäste zum Zimmer und Erklärungen abgeben
  • Betreuung der Telefonanlage
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Buchungen vornehmen
  • leichte Buchhaltungsarbeiten durchführen
  • Gästeservice –  Taxi buchen, Tischreservierungen vornehmen, Skilehrer buchen etc.
  • Info – Point  – Gästen Auskünfte erteilen (z.B. Wegbeschreibungen, Winter-Wandertipps,
    Hotel-Infos etc.
  • Service-Vertretung fallweise – d.h. an freien Tagen der /des Servicemitarbeiters
  • Nachmittagsjause servieren – fallweise, d.h. an freien Tagen der /des Servicemitarbeiters
  • Bardienst –  Gäste die abends in der Bar etwas trinken möchten bedienen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Lehre oder Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Abgänger/innen von Hotelfachschulen/Touristikschulen sind ebenso herzlich willkommen
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Computerkenntnisse
  • Hotelprogramm Gastro Dat (Kenntnisse nicht Voraussetzung)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • serviceorientierte, eigenständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude am Beruf
  • Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit, Loyalität
  • Eigenverantwortung & Flexibilität
