Administer all transactional and warehouse activities at the Distribution Centers/Uniform issue counters Ensure all policies and procedures are fulfilled while issuing items, with highest standard of customer service. Record transactional data accurately in inventory systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining stock levels at Just-In-Time (JIT) levels to minimize stockholding costs through analysis of store inventory reports.
- Ensure all stocks items are received in accordance to the purchase orders terms and conditions advising buys in the event of discrepencies to enable supplier feedback.
- Prepare requisitions for the purchase stock items to meet deparment demands in a timely manner. Constantly monitor and follow up on the status of items ordered with buyers and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Experience in a General Distribution environement /Customer service environment, e.g. call-center, service counter, complaint management, personal advice, etc. Minimun of 1+ yrs in Inventory Management, e.g. inventory control procedures, ensuring product stock, data entry and record keeping, etc. preferable in garment industry/ apparel textiles Knowledge/skills: – ORACLE ERP Systems experience is preferred. Leadership Role , NO
